Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division, located in Clarksburg, West Virginia, is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for commercial Window Maintenance and Cleaning Services. The requirement includes scheduled interior and exterior window cleaning, annual window inspections, specialized glazing maintenance, and as-needed emergency response and window repairs, as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract consisting of a base year and four one-year option periods. Interested vendors shall review the attached RFQ and supporting documents for the complete requirements, site visit information, quotation instructions, evaluation criteria, and submission deadline. Quotations are due November 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
