The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission’s Winter Recreation Program (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide trail grooming services for approximately 70 miles of designated snowmobile trails within the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest in Kittitas County and Chelan County, Washington state for the Blewett Pass trail system.
