3x Shipping / Storage Containers

Description

The County seeks to procure and receive delivery of three (3) 8 x 10-foot refurbished shipping containers. All containers shall be furnished, delivered, and placed by the selected vendor in accordance with the requirements outlined herein. Containers must be structurally sound, weatherproof, wind and watertight, with operational cargo doors and locking hardware. They must be free from significant damage, excessive corrosion, leaks, or structural defects. Acceptable/expected exterior colors are brown, army/loden green, or tan/light beige. Equivalent shades may be accepted subject to County approval and product availability. lt is prefered that units are color matched. The vendor shall coordinate delivery schedules, site access, and placement locations with County personnel prior to each delivery. Deliveries shall occur during mutually agreed-upon business hours unless otherwise approved by the County. Exact delivery locations will be shared with the selected proposer- all locations are expected to be in the vicinity of Half Moon Bay California, 94019. Please complete the Pricing Bid Table in section 3 and please also upload your competitive quotation including accurate lead times as well as any applicable freight and delivery costs for the items listed. Cost, conformity to specifications of goods, and capacity to deliver within 14 days from purchase order receipt will be considered. After an evaluation of all quotations, a County purchase order is expected to be issued in association with the lowest, responsive bid received from a qualified, responsible, and manufacturer/publisher authorized vendor.
