Independence National Historical Park (INDE) - Exterior Painting and Restoration - Merchant's Exchange Building The Department of the Interior on Behalf of the National Park Service - Philadelphia Major Acquisition Business Office (MABO) has a requirement for Independence National Historical Park (INDE) for the exterior painting and restoration of the Merchant's Exchange Building. Amendment 0002 - Incorporate updated Construction Wage Determination. The closing date and time remain unchanged from Friday, September 4, 2026, by no later than 1600 Mountain. Amendment 0001 - Has been released and addresses all contractor asked questions received by Monday, August 24, 2026. GENERAL: This is a NEW requirement, no presolicitation will be posted in accordance with Revolutionary FAR overhaul (RFO) 5.101 (b) and the full solicitation is hereby posted in accordance with RFO 5.101 (b)(1)(i)(A).
