The County of Alameda ("County"), General Services Agency (“GSA”) will receive sealed bids for the following project, Bid No. 902811 (“Project” or “Contract”): 224 W. Winton Building Roof Replacement (Project Name) The Project is more specifically defined in the Project Documents, but generally includes all labor, materials, parts, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the removal and replacement of the existing roof systems, including associated roofing components, skylights, passive vents, flashings, coping, drains, insulation, restoration coatings, and the clerestory standing-seam metal roof at 224 W. Winton Avenue, Hayward, CA 94544. The work includes required hazardous materials controls and incidentals necessary to provide a complete, watertight, turn-key roof replacement .
