The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation to perform the refurbishment, modernization, upgrade, and associated engineering and fabrication work on one (1) Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) training unit for the Virginia Department of Fire Programs (VDFP).
