The extended description of CLIN 0001 portion of the RFQ and Attachment 1 Technical Capability Statement describes the specifications for SS Dewatering Panel SWAGELOK P/N DIBRT-100625-DEWATER-PNL.R1 in detail. No substitutions are allowed. Attachment 1 Technical Capability Statement must have the box checked yes or no, be dated and signed, or your offer will not be considered. The RFQ must be filled in, signed, and dated or your offer will not be considered. All offers must be comprehensive in price to include shipping and all other costs.
