Description

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory invites interested vendors to submit a proposal in accordance with the attached RFP preparation requirements for Site-wide Crane Inspection & Troubleshooting Services. Requests for clarification must be returned by Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Your full proposal must be received no later than Tuesday, November 17, 2026. SLAC has a requirement for a U.S. domestic end source for the following: Attached RFP_367827(RE)_Crane_Inspection NOTE: The following documents are attached to this solicitation RFP-367827(RE)_Crane_Inspection.zip Must complete and return all documentation in the cover letter Please provide required documentation to the attention of Ryan Enos.
