Texas A&M University Galveston, subsequently referred to as “Texas A&M”, is seeking to establish an agreement (the “Master Order”) for the provision of a Maritime Access Control and Accountability System including software modules, associated hardware, installation, training, system migration, warranty coverage, and ongoing technical support services to be delivered and/or performed on the Texas A&M campus in Galveston, TX, as detailed in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
