Housing rehabilitation consulting services for the Housing and Community Development Department (Department), covering both City-owned and homeowner-occupied rehabs. The selected firm will provide a Housing Rehabilitation Specialist to develop work specifications for single-family and multi-family projects and provide project management services throughout the rehabilitation process, including preconstruction, bidding, construction monitoring, and closeout.
