Description
Montgomery County (“County”) is seeking proposals for PP-2026-0073 , Cash-in-Transit (Armored Car) Services f or participating County departments. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to obtain scheduled and on-call pickup, secure transportation, and delivery of deposits from designated County locations to the applicable financial institution or other County-designated receiving location. Pickup locations, schedules, delivery destinations, and department-specific requirements are identified in this RFP and may be adjusted during the contract term. A department may also request pickup service from a third-party smart safe it uses; smart safe equipment is not being procured under this RFP. All submissions are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, December 2, 2026 .
