Description

Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Synopsis: Aircraft Oxygen System Test Set TTU-520 Part Number 1582AS500-2 Notice ID: N68335-27-Q-1038 Classification Code: J049 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment: Aerospace Craft Components and Accessories NAICS Code(s): 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Eaton Mission Systems Davenport (CAGE Code 99251) for the repair, test, evaluation, and calibration of the Aircraft Oxygen System Test Set Part Number 1582AS500-2 (TTU-520A/E, NSN: 4920-01-422-8691, SN: 000303136) for the FMS Kuwait F/A-18 E/F Super Hornet Program in support of the United States Navy (USN). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed to the Contract Specialist, Zaib Nageeb, at zaib.nageeb.civ@us.navy.mil. Responses to this notice must be submitted by 19 November 2026.
