<p>The City of Hartford Public Schools Facilities Service Division seeks qualified, experienced automotive repairmen for minor repairs on all HPS vehicles and trucks as described in the attached Specifications and all other bid related documents. Prospective bidders must submit an hourly labor rate and a fixed percentage discount off Mfg.'s List Price for all parts that may be required.</p> <p></p>
