Arlington County is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide a hosted, cloud-based, commercially available league management platform for the administration of athletic programs, leagues, tournaments, participant registration, scheduling, communications, and integrated payment processing. The County seeks a production-ready, off-the-shelf solution that is currently operational and available for deployment, including software licensing, hosting, implementation, training, maintenance, technical support, and related services.
