This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W50SLF26QA022 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial products and commercial services to provide Indoor Firing Range Targeting Retrieval System. Review the attached SF 1449 solicitation and all associated documents/drawings for details outlining the required results. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns for NAICS 333310 Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing with a size standard in number of employees: 1,000. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Pricing must be valid for 60 calendar days after quote submission. Service Contract Act WD are applicable to this project, Wage Determination No: 2015-5689, Revision No.: 30, Date of Last Revision: 8/27/2026 for Hawaii Counties of Honolulu. Performance will occur at 360 Mamala Bay Drive, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii 96853. The project shall be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO).
