Description
The City of Fort Pierce is seeking a qualified and experienced Contractor to provide comprehensive holiday tree installation, decoration, maintenance, dismantling, and storage services for two 35-foot commercial-grade artificial Christmas trees at designated City locations. The services are intended to provide safe, professional, and visually appealing holiday displays that enhance the appearance and seasonal character of City-owned property and contribute to the community's holiday experience. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, engineering support, and safety provisions necessary to perform the required services in accordance with the specifications, schedules, and requirements of this solicitation. NON-MANDATORY A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, October 12, 2026, in the Engineering Conference Room, 1st Floor, City Hall, 100 North U.S. Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34950. Interested proposers are encouraged to attend to obtain additional information and ask questions regarding the solicitation.
