Alexandria HVAC Replacement. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of existing HVAC systems at DMV Alexandria Customer Service Center. A mandatory pre-bid will be held at 2681 Mill Road, Alexandria, VA 22314 at 11:00 a.m. on October 1, 2026.
