Description
The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide, implement, configure, integrate, and support a modern, cloud-based Grants Management System (GMS). The solution will support the full lifecycle management of federal, state, disaster, and non-disaster grant programs as well as reimbursement-based financial assistance, disaster cost recovery, mission assignment, and other funding programs while improving operational efficiency, compliance, reporting, engagement, and financial accountability. TDEM uses an E-commerce system for all Invitation for Bids, Requests for Proposals, and Purchase Orders. We are asking all vendors to take a few moments and register as one of our vendors. This will allow you to respond to our bid invitations electronically as well as view other bid opportunities.
