Contractor shall provide on-call, delivery, pickup, drop off, transport and disposal or recycling services of hazardous waste disposal services including but not limited to hazardous waste biological waste, environmentally regulated waste, and laboratory (lab) packed waste, and provide guidance and recommendations regarding these services to Caltrans. 2.
