****Amendment 0001 START**** Solicitation W912QR26QA100 is hereby amended as follows on 28 August 2026: Due to a due Date error and additions to the Scope of Work, the following changes have been made. The deadline to submit a quote has been adjusted to 8 September 2026 at 10:00AM EDT on the 1449. Additions have been made to the Scope of Work concerning Paint color and finish, CLIN 005 signage, the existing coating and coating requirements. *NOTE: The due date for quotes is updated to 08 September 2026 at 10:00AM ET.* *NOTE: All amendments shall be signed and submitted with the quote.* (Amendment 0001 ) *NOTE: ALL contractors must resubmit their quote by the stated deadline in order to be considered* *NOTE: The due date for quotes has been updated. Quotes are now due on 08 September at 10:00 AM ET. ****Amendment 0001 END**** This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the contractor to preform Fuel Tank Painting and Signage at Nolin River Lake, in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW). The contractors work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. The Contractor shall begin work within 14 days of the Notice of Award. All work shall be completed at Nolin River Lake within 60 calendar days from the start of work. One award will be made with this Solicitation. Location: Nolin River Lake 2150 Nolin Dam Road Mammoth Cave, KY 42259This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 238320 (Size Determination $19M).
