Carson City invites qualified firms to submit sealed bids for the below referenced project. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications, and special conditions related hereto. PROJECT TITLE Aquatic Facility Attic Moisture Damage Repair CCPW PROJECT NO. P303426801 PWP No. CC-2027-026 ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE $ 145,000 PROJECT TYPE This project is deemed a vertical construction project. SUMMARY The project consists of addressing existing structural deterioration caused by moisture infiltration at the aquatic facility, which includes implementing corrective ventilation measures to safeguard the infrastructure against future recurrence. Contractor License B is required, as well as any additional specialty license for Prime/Subcontractors performing specific scopes of work such as C-1 or C-1f and C-2 or C-2a. PRE-BID MEETING This project will conduct a mandatory pre-bid meeting September 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM at the front of the Aquatic Facility located at 841 N. Roop St. in Carson City, NV. FUNDING This project is locally funded. BUILD AMERICA, BUY AMERICA ACT This project is not subject to BABAA requirements. DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE GOAL DBE does not apply to this project.
