The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract through competitive negotiation with an architectural or engineering firm (A/E) to provide professional design services and construction administration for replacement of the existing Woodville Elementary School with a Net Zero Energy facility. Please note that only initial procurement opportunities are posted on eVA.
