Description
The City of Evanston’s Facilities Division of the Evanston Administrative Services Department is seeking proposals from experienced firms for the complete replacement of the existing fire alarm control panel with a new, state-of-the-art system that meets or exceeds current NFPA, state, and local codes. The new FACP cannot be proprietary and must be compatible with existing hardware and software where applicable. NON-MANDATORY There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 11:00 A.M at City Hall, 909 Davis Street, 3rd Floor, Room 332A – Evanston, IL 60201. All firms intending to submit a proposal for this project are encouraged to attend to discuss the proposed work and receive answers to questions related to the project.
