The project consists of removing the existing meter pit and office structure with attached restroom and replacing them with an approximately 390-square-foot prefabricated office building and a 170-square-foot prefabricated Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant all-gender restroom building along with associated utility connections and site improvements.
