This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description of Requirement: USCG STA Cape Disappointment replace the damaged power cable on the school dock. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2026-01 Effective Date 03/13/2026, HSAR 12/26/2024, HSAM October 2009, CGAP 03/25/2026. The Service Contract Act WD # 2015-5549 revision # 30 date of last revision 05/13/2026 applies. All interested offerors must send an RSVP site visit email at least three days prior to site visit date.
