This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number SP451026Q1033 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The NAICS code is 333413 with a size standard of 500 people; set aside 100% for Small Business concerns. This requirement is for the delivery and installation of overhead mounted fans at DLA Disposition Services Eglin, Florida. See Attachment 1 for the Statement of Work (SOW) for more information. The list of solicitation provisions and clauses that apply to the acquisition is referenced in Attachment 3 - Provisions & Clauses. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Priced contract. Pricing must be Fixed Price for the entirety of the requirements listed within the SOW. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effort through Federal Acquisition Regulation - Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (FAR RFO).
