Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions submitted before the solicitation question deadline of 11:00AM EDT, 09/16/26. See attachment, "Questions and Responses to Solicitation N0018926QL420". All other terms and conditions remain the same. Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation deadline from 10:00AM EDT, 09/17/26 to 11:00AM EDT, 09/21/26. All other terms and conditions remain the same. This is a SOLICITATION for commercial services, prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 (effective 13 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20260507 (effective 07 May 2026).
