Description

The Montgomery Wellness Center will be a primary health facility for city employees and will be accompanied by a pharmacy and drive-thru. The facility will be located at the former Patterson School site and will have two vehicular points of access from East Jefferson Street. The project will be approximately 6100sf and will consist of waiting space for patients, care rooms, and back-of-house spaces for staff. The building will utilize wood framing, structural steel, and a TPO roof.
