Federal Correctional Complex at Terre Haute, Indiana: FCC TERRE HAUTE BUS CENTER ROOFING MATERIALS The Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Terre Haute, Indiana, herein issues combined synopsis / solicitation 15B41826Q00000006 for the requirements of: FCC TERRE HAUTE BUS CENTER ROOFING MATERIALS. This requirement is for commercial MATERIALS ONLY. Please refer to the Statement of Work for details. NOTE: Installation is NOT REQUIRED. Deliveries will be made to the FCI Terre Haute, 4200 Bureau Road North, Terre Haute, Indiana. This solicitation is restricted for 100% Small Business set-aside utilizing the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 423330 (Roofing, Siding, and Insulation Material Merchant Wholesalers) with a corresponding small business size standard of 225 employees. The contract type is firm-fixed price for commercial products. The Government will award the responsible offeror whose bid conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. The Government will award the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, technical specifications and lead time. Quality comparison with other offers, administrative/shipping cost and past performance that does not pose a risk to the government being the most important factors. Please input pricing that includes freight cost to our facility in your quotes. The government reserves the right to make a single award. Interested parties can submit their quote on the attached form 15B41826Q00000006 of this notice, which details the materials required. The quote will be evaluated per FAR 13.106-2 and the government may then issue a purchase order (contract) that must be signed by both parties to complete contractual agreement.
