Questions Deadline: November 23, 2026 at 4:00 PM (local time) Bids Due: December 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM (local time) The Metropolitan District (MDC) is inviting qualified companies to submit bids for Solicitation Number 2026B-23 to supply pipe, repair clamps, couplings, PVC fittings, saddle clamps, sleeves, leak clamps and other water and sewer materials. Sealed bids will be received and safeguarded by the MDC at the office of the District Clerk of the Metropolitan District, located at 555 Main Street, Hartford, CT, 06103, until Tuesday, December 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for the Project will be held for potential Bidders on November 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM located at the MDC Pre-Bid Conference Room, 231 Brainard Rd, Hartford, CT.
