The NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, size standard is $19M. PSC 4120 - Air Conditioning Equipment. This requirement is for the Removal and Replacement of six (6) Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) Units and two (2) Chiller units located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston (FSH) in accordance with the associated Statement of Work. PROJECT OVERVIEW. The purpose of this project is to replace the CRAC Units and Chillers at JBSA FSH Building 2265. Refer to attached RFQ and SOW for information regarding this requirement. Please provide quote to POCs listed in the RFQ. Questions Due Date: All questions must be submitted in writing by email no later than Thursday, 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM CDT.
