Ft. (ABOA): 1,883 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,977 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 on-site, reserved spaces, plus additional on-site parking per local code Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 3 Parking Spaces (Unreserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 840 ABOA SF of offered space must be contiguous, above the ground floor, and separately demised with a separate suite entrance, or on a different floor from the remaining 1,043 ABOA SF of the offered space, which must also be contiguous in one suite of the offered building.
