Mecklenburg County Park & Recreation is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from engineering firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection, Materials Testing, Construction Administration, and Geotechnical Investigations for various Mecklenburg County Capital Projects to receive CIP funding. The complete Request for Qualifications including the project list can be obtained from Will Rice, Project Manager, Mecklenburg County Asset and Facility Management, 3205 Freedom Dr., Suite 6000, Charlotte NC 28208 by email at AFM.RFQ@MecklenburgCountyNC.gov.
