Award: Award, if made, will be made to the respondent whose offer is determined to be the most advantageous to the City, considering price and the evaluation criteria identified in the solicitation. The City intends to award a single contract to the highest-scoring responsive and responsible bidder. Submission: Responses must be submitted electronically through the Ion Wave eBid System. Faxed, emailed, or late responses will not be accepted. Required Documents: All required forms, certifications, and other documents identified in the solicitation must be completed and submitted with the response. Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Ion Wave Q&A section before the published deadline. The City will not respond to questions submitted by email, fax, or telephone. City Rights: The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive informalities or irregularities as permitted by law, request clarifications, conduct discussions or negotiations, and take any other action permitted by the solicitation and applicable law. Term: This is an initial one (1) year contract with four (4) optional one (1) year renewals. Estimated Contract Value: The Owner's targeted budget range for the contract is up to $75,000.00 annually. No Guarantee of Work: Award of a contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity of work or expenditure of funds. Work will be issued on an as-needed basis in accordance with the City’s budget, operational requirements, and program priorities. Mandatory Site Visit: Failure to attend the Site Visit will deem your bid non-responsive.
