<p><span style="color: black">The City of Santa Barbara is seeking a qualified contractor to install pavement markings and striping on recently repaved streets in the City of Santa Barbara.</span></p> <p>In accordance with Civil Code § 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount <span style="color: #000000">of the bid as well as a separate Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid total.</span></p>
