Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation� for� commercial services or� commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in� Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only� solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written� solicitation� will not be issued. (ii)� This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Request for Proposal will be submitted through email on RFP reference no. 36C24226R0097. (iii)� A statement that the� solicitation� document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal� Acquisition� Circular 2026-01 (eff. 03/13/2026). (iv)� This procurement is being issued as a SDVOSB set-aside solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors, with a small business size standard of $22 Million. (v)� The contractor shall provide line-item pricing for the upgrade/modernization repairs on three passenger elevators and one service elevator within buildings 6 and 53 at VA NJ Healthcare System Lyons Campus for the Elevator Upgrade Repairs Project No. 561A4-25-500.
