This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0049 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for installation of a new sewer collection system, includes connecting existing facilities, installing sewer mains and sewer manholes, and restoring surfaces to preconstruction conditions. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. The small business size standard is $39.50M. The acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Amendment 0001: extends the solicitation close to 2PM PT on 10 September 2026, RFI responses 001-007, and site visit sign in sheet. Amendment 0002: extends the solicitation close to 2PM PT on 17 September 2026. Amendment 0003: provides supplemental information for an optional polymer manhole, revised Schedule of Items (SOI), Requests for Information (RFI), work permits, points of contact and time extension. solicitation is extended to 2PM PT on 23 September 2026.
