This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number # 36C26027Q0027 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the Puget Sound VAHCS Water Management Program Services, Base Plus Four Option Years. The requirement is set-aside for SBA certified SDVOSB concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
