Bids will be accepted until 10:00 am on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 . Project work will include The project is for the construction of a new roundabout at the intersection of E. 106th Street and Lakeshore Drive E in Carmel, IN. The project consists of tree clearing, installing storm sewers, communications conduit, watermain, new full depth asphalt pavement, curbs, driveways, truck apron, raised crosswalks, concrete sidewalks, multi-use path and lighting. .
