<p>The City of Santa Rosa is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information</p><p>from qualified and experienced vendors regarding bird mitigation for pigeons at the</p><p>Laguna Treatment Plant, 4300 Llano Rd. Santa Rosa, California 95407.</p><p></p><p>The purpose of this RFI is to gather information, industry best practices, and potential</p><p>solution options that will assist the City in evaluating current and future needs related to</p><p>bird mitigation for pigeons. The City seeks information from vendors capable of</p><p>addressing the requirements outlined in this document and providing insight into available</p><p>products, services, technologies, or approaches.</p><p></p><p>Note: Information obtained through this RFI may be used to develop specifications,</p><p>technical requirements, and/or a scope of services for a future competitive solicitation.</p> <p>This RFI is issued solely for information-gathering and planning purposes. It does not</p><p>constitute a solicitation, Request for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP),</p><p>Invitation for Bids (IFB), or any commitment by the City to procure products or services.</p><p>Submission of information in response to this RFI will not be used to pre-qualify or</p><p>disqualify any vendor from participating in any future procurement process.</p><p></p><p>The City may use the information received through this RFI to review available solutions,</p><p>determine procurement strategies, and develop future competitive solicitations for the</p><p>subject products, services, or equipment.</p>
