Update to Notice Amendment 0002 The purpose of this notice update is to publicize amendment no. 2. The purpose of this amendment 02 to the solicitation W912LR26QA046-0001 is to post the Government's responses to industry questions and requests for clarifications that were pending. All questions received on or before 16 September 2026 were considered and answered. Attachment 0002, 26QA046 Government Responses to Questions.pdf, is superseded and replaced with 26QA046 Government Responses to Questions Update 1.pdf dated 17 September 2026, and incorporated by reference. This update includes Questions No. 28 to 33. This amendment clarifies the applicability of Trade Agreement Act and Buy American Act, and removes all clauses and provisions associated with Trade Agreement Act and incorporates applicable Buy American Act clauses and provisions. The Government's period for receipt of questions closed on 16 September 2026 at 4:00 p.m. local time (AST/Puerto Rico). The solicitation has not been extended. All changes in this solicitation are hereby incorporated by reference and remain in full effect as if incorporated in full text. All other terms and conditions otherwise not addressed in this amendment remain unchanged and in full effect. Requirement of Amendment Acknowledgement: Quoters are asked to acknowledge amendments in their quotations by including the latest conformed copy of the solicitation and Signed SF 30 Solicitation Amendment.
