Description
<p>(a) It is the purpose and intent of these Specifications to describe the minimum requirements of this procurement.<br>(b) All items not specifically mentioned which are required for a complete unit shall be included in the unit bid price.<br>(c) All equipment and accessories to be furnished must be new and in current production. All products shall conform in design, strength, quality of material and workmanship to current industry standards.<br>(d) Each bid shall be accompanied by a copy of the following:<br>a) Any applicable manufacturer’s Published Price List or website<br>b) The manufacturer’s descriptive literature and specifications or website<br>c) The manufacturer’s standard warranty<br>(e) All equipment and accessories shall comply with regulations of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal/OSHA), whichever is more restrictive.<br>Prior to delivery, all equipment shall be completely inspected, and services performed as prescribed by the manufacturer(s).</p> <p>See Specifications for full technical requirements.</p>
