<p>Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the construction of a 33,000-square-foot expansion and renovation of the existing airport terminal. Work includes terminal additions on the north, south, east, and west sides of the building, interior renovations, expanded TSA screening and baggage handling areas, new passenger amenities, airline and concession spaces, and airside improvements including passenger boarding bridges and aircraft boarding gates. Services shall include preconstruction support, construction management, coordination with airport operations, and phased construction to maintain terminal functionality throughout the project.</p> <p></p>
