This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for pier services and shoreside support as described in the Statement of Work. The USCG invites your company to submit a quote in accordance with this Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Coast Guard, COCO, Operational Logistics Command (LOG-9), Base Procurement and Contracting (LOG-93), intend to acquire the services outlined in the solicitation utilizing procedures in FAR Part 12, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This solicitation is issued as set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 488310. 1. Please read the entire solicitation, including all attachments, to ensure completion of all required representations, certifications, and submissions. You must acknowledge all solicitation amendments issued by the Government. 2. Your offer shall include ALL of the documents and information listed in the solicitation; and your offer shall be received by this office at or before November 13, 2026, 7:00AM EST, to be eligible for award.
