Description
The City is looking to purchase electrical supplies such as lamps and controls, fuses, and splicing materials to be used at various projects and locations throughout Aurora. This contract will be for materials only and will not include installation. The quantities requested in this bid are estimates of the total anticipated quantity to be purchased in 2027. Rather than purchase the entire quantity of a given item, the City will adopt the lowest unit prices received for each individual item, which will allow the Electrical Division to readily pick up materials as needed. This contract shall be for the period of one year beginning January 1, 2027 with the option to renew for two one-year periods (2028 and 2029) based on mutual agreement between the bidder and the City of Aurora.
