Description
Contractors are invited to bid on the Smith Goldberg Readiness Center (SGRC) Roof Replacement project at 862 Barnes Ave, Colchester, VT 05446. This project consists of but is not limited to replacement of the existing flat roof on the entire 18,000 SF single-story building, including insulation, and removal of asbestos containing materials incorporated in the current roof system.
