Description
The City of Irving, Texas, (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a state-of-the-art legal case and document management system. The new system shall be a complete software replacement of our current City Law Legal Case Management System, including but not limited to legal case and document management, contract and other legal file management, claims review, and reporting, with integration with Microsoft Office 365, including the Outlook Email and Calendar, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. There will be no pre-proposal conference associated with this solicitation. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued. The City of Irving strongly encourages proposers to submit their response to this RFP electronically. Please call the individual listed on the RFP if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic proposals will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. A list of respondents will be listed in IONWAVE following the opening.
