The City of Covington, Georgia, is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for the reconduct of three phase overhead utility lines in Covington, GA. Sealed proposals must be delivered to Covington Utility Complex located at 11631 Hwy 142, Covington, GA 30014, Attn: Scott Cromer no later than 10:00am on Thursday, November 24, 2026. A 5% Bid Bond will be required with bid. A Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% will be required from awarded contractor. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on November 9,2026 10:00am at the Covington Utility Complex located at 11631 Hwy 142, Covington, GA 30014.
