This is a Sources Sought Synopsis/Request for Information (RFI) only. This notice is issued in accordance with DFARS PGI 206.103-170 and FAR Part 10 to conduct market research. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this sources sought notice.
