All interested Offerors must submit the requested information IAW Attachment 5, section 5.4 for a base pass by Monday, September 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET. ==================================================== This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA701426Q0052 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the complete replacement of bathroom partitions in all four (4) bathrooms of the Jacob E. Smart Conference Center on Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. A required site visit has been established for Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Please see Attachment 5, section 5.4 for details.
